PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Purchase Terms & Conditions ("Purchase Terms") apply to all orders placed through SATU-SATUNYA, operated by TP E-COMMERCE LLC ("SATU-SATUNYA," "we," "us," or "our").

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Purchase Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

1. EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE AT CHECKOUT

Before an order can be submitted, you may be required to affirmatively accept these Purchase Terms by selecting the applicable checkbox at checkout.

By selecting the checkbox and completing your purchase, you expressly confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Purchase Terms.

  • You have read and agree to our Terms of Service.

  • You have read and agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • You have read and agree to our Shipping Policy.

  • You acknowledge that the product is made to order.

  • You acknowledge that the product is one of one.

  • You understand that all sales are final except in the limited circumstances stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • You understand that we do not offer exchanges or replacements.

  • You have reviewed and accepted the product description and sizing information before purchasing.

You should not complete your purchase if you do not agree to these terms.

2. RECORD OF ACCEPTANCE

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may maintain records associated with your acceptance of these Purchase Terms and completion of your order.

Such records may include information reasonably necessary to document the transaction and acceptance process, such as:

  • Order number

  • Date and time of acceptance

  • Version of the Purchase Terms or policies accepted

  • Confirmation that the required acceptance checkbox was selected

  • Transaction and checkout records

  • Technical information associated with the transaction where lawfully collected

These records may be retained for legitimate business purposes, including transaction administration, fraud prevention, chargeback or payment dispute management, legal compliance, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Any personal information collected or retained for these purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

3. ONE-OF-ONE PRODUCTS

Every SATU-SATUNYA piece is one of one.

Once a piece has been successfully purchased, it is permanently removed from sale. The same piece will not be reproduced or restocked by SATU-SATUNYA.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the unique nature and limited availability of the product.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

SATU-SATUNYA products are made to order.

Production begins after an order has been placed and confirmed. As a result, processing may take longer than it would for a conventional ready-to-ship product.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Your product must be produced before shipment.

  • Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

  • Delivery estimates do not necessarily include the full production period unless expressly stated.

  • Estimated processing or delivery dates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. PRODUCT & SIZE CONFIRMATION

Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing the product selected, size, product description, measurements, materials, images, and other information made available on the product page.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable sizing information and selected your size intentionally.

Incorrect size selection, fit preference, change of mind, style preference, or color preference does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. FINAL SALE

Because SATU-SATUNYA products are one of one and made to order, all sales are final except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds solely because:

  • You changed your mind.

  • You selected the wrong size.

  • You do not prefer the fit.

  • You no longer want or need the product.

  • You expected a different subjective appearance, provided the product materially corresponds with its description.

  • You prefer another product, style, or color.

By completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge this final-sale condition.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to submit a claim, except where a longer period or other remedy is required by applicable law.

You may be required to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping materials, where applicable

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. NO REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES

SATU-SATUNYA does not offer replacements or exchanges.

Because every piece is one of one, reproducing a sold piece as a replacement would conflict with the nature of the product.

If an eligible claim is approved, the available remedy will be determined in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Where a refund is appropriate, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.

9. SHIPPING

Standard shipping is provided on a complimentary basis where indicated by SATU-SATUNYA.

Complimentary shipping does not eliminate or shorten the production period required for a made-to-order product.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping, tracking, delivery, customs, and related matters are further governed by our Shipping Policy.

10. ORDER INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted with your order is complete and accurate, including:

  • Customer name

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Billing information

  • Product selection

  • Size selection

If you discover an error after placing an order, you should contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after processing or production has begun.

11. CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where required by applicable law.

A cancellation request submitted before processing begins may be accepted at our discretion, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

12. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout using your selected payment method.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

Fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise improper transactions may be cancelled and may be reported to the relevant payment provider or authorities where appropriate.

13. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can review the matter.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide the payment processor, card network, bank, or other relevant dispute-resolution provider with records reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, including order information, fulfillment and delivery records, communications, applicable policies, and records of your acceptance of these Purchase Terms, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Nothing in this section restricts any lawful right you may have to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.

14. INCORPORATED POLICIES

The following policies, as presented to you or made available through our website, are incorporated into these Purchase Terms where applicable:

  • Terms of Service

  • Return & Refund Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Privacy Policy

By accepting these Purchase Terms, you acknowledge that you have been provided an opportunity to review these policies before completing your purchase.

15. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

You agree that your affirmative electronic acceptance of these Purchase Terms may constitute your electronic agreement to them to the extent recognized by applicable law.

You agree that electronic records relating to your order and acceptance may be used to document the transaction and the terms presented at the time of purchase.

16. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Purchase Terms is intended to waive, exclude, restrict, or override any consumer protection, cancellation right, warranty, statutory guarantee, refund right, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, restricted, or modified.

If any provision of these Purchase Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will control to the extent of that conflict.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Purchase Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TP E-COMMERCE LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer laws or other applicable laws provide otherwise.
