These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SATU-SATUNYA, including our website, products, services, and any purchases made through our online store.

SATU-SATUNYA is operated by TP E-COMMERCE LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in connection with your use of our website or services.

You must not transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material through the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law.

2. ONE-OF-ONE PRODUCTS

SATU-SATUNYA operates on a one-of-one product model.

Each piece is offered only once. Once a piece is successfully purchased, it is permanently removed from sale and will not be reproduced or restocked by SATU-SATUNYA.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully submitted, payment has been authorized, and the order has been accepted by us.

In rare circumstances, including simultaneous purchases, inventory synchronization errors, technical errors, payment issues, or other circumstances resulting in an unavailable product being ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colors, textures, proportions, and other visual characteristics may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, photography, or other factors.

Images displayed on our website are provided for product representation. Minor differences in appearance that do not materially affect the product are not necessarily considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, materials, care instructions, and other relevant information before purchasing.

4. SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Sizing and fit may vary between products. Any size guides or measurements provided on our website are intended to assist customers in making their selection.

An incorrect size selection, personal fit preference, or change of mind does not qualify an order for a return or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, or similar charges may be calculated separately.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Inventory or technical errors

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment authorization problems

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Suspected resale, automated purchasing, or abusive purchasing activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a payment provider, financial institution, or card issuer outside our reasonable control.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping availability, rates, estimated delivery times, and applicable restrictions are displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, governmental action, or other events beyond our control, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges depending on the destination.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements that apply in their destination country.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because every SATU-SATUNYA piece is one of one, all sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not offer replacements or exchanges. A sold piece will not be reproduced or restocked for replacement purposes.

Eligible issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If a cancellation request is received before fulfillment begins, we may be able to cancel the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

This does not limit any cancellation or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content associated with SATU-SATUNYA, including but not limited to:

  • Brand names

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Artwork and graphics

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Text and written content

  • Website design and layout

  • Marketing materials

  • Other original brand assets

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by TP E-COMMERCE LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical SATU-SATUNYA product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying design, artwork, branding, or other protected material.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, copy, modify, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content except with our prior written permission or where otherwise permitted by law.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Introduce malware or malicious code

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract website content where prohibited by law

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of our store and services.
